Bike Dynamo's to light your lights !! I had one of those! It abraded the side of my tire and I had to take it off after a couple of months.

Bike Dynamo's to light your lights !! Picked up a new bike here in Germany for the Missus with the dynamo. They're still around.

Bike Dynamo's to light your lights !! LOL I didn't know at first what that was until I read about Barry's unfortunate tire. I had one of those and I enjoyed the fact that my pedaling could actually create light! I just went to search for a picture of one and believe it or not you can get Dynamos that connect to a USB and allow you to charge your phone. Pedal power!

I once had a siren that worked the same way. You pulled on the chain attached to the handlebar which would rotate the siren into position for the front tire to drive it.
It lasted two days. Someone stole it.
The best was playing cards and clothespins to make the bike sound like a motorcycle!

I had these little colored plastic tubes on my bike spokes. They didn't make any sound but they looked cool with the sparkly purple banana seat. But I'm venturing into the '70's here. My 1960's bike was a tricycle.
